Victory

Clearly, I do understand

Why I still withstand

The ceasing winds in the land

For am not built on the sand

Rather, on the rock of Christ I stand

 

The moment am weak

The time am hopeless and sick

Those times when I am deeply in grief

Jesus is my favourite energy drink

And it doesn't need to be a week

For me to get right back on my feet

My Jesus is an instant assuring peace

 

Let me summarize

Am a victory and that's not a surprise

For I am a soldier in Christ

His protection is my prize

To which He already paid the price

Under His command, with strength I shall rise

Christ is my daily story

Christ is my constant victory

If He is not to you, then am sorry.
